    Pats new job is working at a construction site as a construction worker. Today he went back after taking two weeks off because of his injury. He was okay at first but then he started being all moody and stuff. While I was in school, I tried texting him as much as I could but I guess it wasnt enough. By the time I got home he was really mad saying that I never text him when I’m free. It was obvious he had had a bad day. When he got off, I was waiting for him to tell me where to meet him. He went home took a shower and stuff. He was ranting to me about how much he hates work and how he feels lonely and stuff. So I finished all my homework and I decided to do something to make him feel better. I decided to go out to the grocery store to by a bunch of things and make him lunch for tomorrow. I went out, bought stuff, and came home. When I got home… He said he didn’t have plans but he didn’t want to meetup with me today. He asked if we could meetup tomorrow. WHAT THE FUCKKK BRO. First of all, you make me feel like shit all day and make me feel guilty because I didn’t text you enough. Then you take out your anger on me. Even after I say that ILL go to YOU, you still bailed on me. And now I bought a bunch of shit for nothing. And now I just feel stupid and useless. Great. Ugh I know you had a bad day so I’m just going to let it go. BUT UGH DJFKEODKEKDNE

    Crunchy Veggie Wrap

    Slice up:

    • some red cabbage
    • 1 carrot
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • 1 cuccumber (take out the inside seeds)
    • 1 tomato

    Then assemble the wrap by layering the veggies:

    1. hummus
    2. tomato
    3. red bell peppers
    4. cuccumbers
    5. carrots
    6. red cabbage
    7. alfalfa sprouts
    8. crumbled feta cheese (you can use any other kind of cheese)
    9. salt and pepper
    10. tabasco sauce (optional)
    11. fresh spinach leaves

    Wrap it up & you’re done!

    So good you won’t even realize how healthy it is. Great for school, college, work, on the go. Prepare the ingredients a day ahead to make your mornings a breeze.
